A MINIMUM DEPOSIT of half the total tariff is normally required to hold any booking. Until a deposit is received NO BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE. CANCELLATION: • If caused by the client and advised fourteen clear days prior to any booking, then the deposit paid (less $50 administration fee and any commissions paid on the booking) may be refundable where the unit is re-let for the entire period. Where the unit is NOT fully rebooked a $50 administration fee plus $50 for each vacant day will be deducted from any deposit refund. • If caused by the client with less than fourteen days notice will normally mean forfeiture of the full deposit. • Refunds can only be made by direct debit to the bank account of the original payment source. |

The second and third rooms within the self contained unit will only be booked out to friends of those making the initial booking. This allows you to have the holiday you want with people you choose.
