All rates printed below are valid from 1st April 2008 until 31st March 2009
A minimum booking of two nights is required on weekends and SA school holidays (the exception being last minute bookings that may occur after 6.00pm on the Thursday of any weekend requested).

A MINIMUM DEPOSIT of half the total tariff is required to hold any booking. Until a deposit is received NO BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE.

CANCELLATION: If caused by the client and advised fourteen clear days prior to any booking, then the deposit paid may be refundable where the unit is re-let for the entireperiod. Where the unit is not fully rebooked a $50 administration fee plus $50 for each vacant day will be deducted from any deposit refund.

CANCELLATION: If caused by the client with less than fourteen days notice will mean forfeiture of the full deposit.

The second and third rooms will only be booked out to friends of those making the initial booking. This allows you to have the holiday you want with people you choose.
